  • User Name: identify the organization "registrar"
  • E-Mail Address: an E-Mail address for the registrar
  • Password: a word with letters and numbers to control access to the account
The registrar uploads client documents and maintains data about the documents.

Organization:

  • Name: the Organization name
  • Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country: a street or mailing address

Contact:

  • Name, Phone, E-Mail: The registrar or another primary contact to receive communications from document-registry.com about the account.

Billing Contact:

  • Name, Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country, Phone, and E-Mail: the person to receive document-registry.com financial correspondence.
